Attendance rules

1. Tickets

Each ticket is valid only for the day shown on it and, for VIP tickets, for the playing hall slot shown on it. Each QR code admits one person. Unauthorised duplication, resale or transfer of tickets is prohibited. The organiser may cancel any ticket found to be invalid.

2. Conduct

Attendees must behave respectfully and in an orderly manner at all times. Disruptive, inappropriate or offensive behaviour may lead to immediate removal from the venue and cancellation of the ticket, without refund.

3. The playing hall: silence and fair play

Only VIP ticket holders enter the playing hall, during the slot shown on their ticket; once they leave during the slot, they cannot go back in. Absolute silence is required. For fair-play reasons, no electronic devices (phones, cameras, headphones, smartwatches, etc.) are allowed in the playing hall; please leave them in the locker area before entering.

4. Prohibited

• Photography, filming or live-streaming in the playing hall. Elsewhere at the venue, photos and videos for personal use are allowed.
• Any illegal activity, including drug use, violence or harassment: it leads to immediate removal and possibly legal action.
• Food and drinks in the playing hall.
• Alcohol outside the designated areas. Attendees under the influence may be refused entry or removed.

5. Children

Children under 7 enter the fan zone free with a valid complimentary ticket and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

6. Health and safety

Attendees must follow the safety rules, the emergency exits and the evacuation procedures.

7. Access

The organiser may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, anyone who does not follow these rules or the safety and security measures, or whose actions disrupt the event.

8. Changes to the event

The organiser may change the schedule or the arrangements at the venue. If a game day is cancelled or not played, the tickets for it are refunded as set out in the terms of sale.

9. Cancellation of tickets

The organiser may cancel or revoke tickets at any time in case of disruptive behaviour, photography or filming in the playing hall, or any other action that breaches these rules.

10. Liability

The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, or for loss of or damage to property, while attending the event. Attendees take part at their own risk.
